Payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the confirmation of your booking. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, your reservation will be canceled. It is best to process the payment right away to confirm your reservation.

Confirmation of Booking and Pick-up Time:

You will receive a confirmation email detailing the confirmed pick-up time 24 hours before your tour date. This is when the exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed.

Please note that the pick-up time does not necessarily match the tour time. We do have specific times for pick-up that vary according to your hotel and the tour booked. Your confirmation email will correctly reflect the pick-up time. We recommend reviewing this carefully before the tour.

Important Notice:

A grace period of 5 minutes is afforded after the scheduled pick-up time. If you are not on board within this timeframe, then the tour will proceed without you. Be on time to avoid missing your adventure.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled more than 96 hours in advance

50 percent of package cost penalty if canceled 72 to 96 hours before the tour.

The 100% penalty will be imposed on cancellations made within 48 hours or on the same day of the tour.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Unique Tours Jamaica to qualify for a refund.
