Pickup
Pick-up is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some villas and Airbnbs. After completing your booking, you’ll receive your pick-up time via email or phone.

Duration: 7 hours
A booking confirmation will be sent via email 24 hours before the actual tour date. You may receive it sooner, depending on booking volume.
Booking and Reservation Policy via Zelle
All bookings must be paid 2 days in advance for confirmation. Reservations made via Zelle without payment will not be held. If payment is not received 2 days before the tour, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
Confirmation About Booking and Pick-up Time
A confirmation email with the exact pick-up time will be sent via email/SMS the day before your tour. Ensure you check this email for updated information, including your pick-up time. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk mail section.
Important Info about Tour Time and Pick-up Time
- The tour time and pick-up time are different. Please verify the time on your booking confirmation.
- You’ll be given the exact pick-up time in your confirmation email. Be mindful of the timing to avoid delays.
- External factors like weather and traffic can occasionally affect scheduling. We will keep you informed in case of any changes.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 96 hours in advance: No cancellation fee
- Cancellations between 72-96 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 48 hours or on the day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unique Tours Jamaica within the specified timeframes for a refund.
