Confirmation About Booking and Pickup Time
A confirmation email containing a CONFIRMED PICKUP TIME will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start.

We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying. When you make a booking, please ensure that you check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to make sure they are correct.
- To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
- Additionally, please read the description of all tours before you create a booking. This will help ensure that the tour you have selected meets your expectations and that you will be able to fully enjoy your experience with us.
Important Notice:
- You have a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. Once this time has expired, we have no choice but to depart without you on board. Your tour time and pickup time are one of a kind; please take note of the time for your booking confirmation. We are sending out all outside activities earlier than typical due to the weather conditions.

However, there are times when external factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, traffic, or natural disasters, may disrupt our operations.

Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellations made at least ninety-six hours or more before the scheduled tour will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made less than ninety-six hours but more than seventy-two hours before the scheduled tour will incur a fifty percent penalty.
- Any cancellations made within forty-eight hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will incur a one hundred percent penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
