Kick back with a relaxing Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage cruise down the Great River aboard a 30-foot bamboo raft. Your captain will share fascinating stories about Jamaica’s rich history as you glide peacefully downstream, with the chance to stop en route to grab drinks and snacks from floating shops.

You’ll then enjoy a soothing foot massage using limestone paste sourced from the river’s rocks, an authentic Jamaican experience courtesy of your captain before rafting back to your departure point.

Pickup

Pick-up for the Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from select villas and Airbnbs. Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive your exact pick-up time via email or SMS for a hassle-free start to your relaxing Jamaican experience.

Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay you will be required to pay an additional transportation fee. We do not offer complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. Please note that we do not sell or offer full-body or half-body massages. However, during your bamboo river rafting Jamaica with massage experience, if you wish to participate in this type of massage, you can speak directly with your Raft Captain for more details.

The company will not be responsible for any payments or incidents related to full body massages. You will be permitting the workers to massage your full body & you will need to communicate with the workers about prices.

Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance to confirm your tour, and reservations via Zelle will not be held without payment; unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.

Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your confirmed pick-up time 24 hours before your actual limestone massage Jamaica tour. Please note that the time shown on the website is an estimate of when the tour starts. If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Tour Time and Pick-up Time

• Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying. 
• To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time.

Important Notice

• You have a 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. Once this time has expired we will have no choice but to depart without you on board. 
• If there is a possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that may impede our punctuality, we will make sure to inform you in advance. Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or alter our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative options.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made at least 96 hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a 50% penalty.
• Any cancellation made within 48 hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a 100% penalty.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
