Booking Confirmation
You will get an email confirming your booking 24 hours before the actual tour date. Depending on the volume of bookings, you may obtain confirmation earlier.
Policy on Booking and Reservation Via Zelle
You need to pay 2 days before any reservation or booking. Tours will be confirmed only if received 2 days before a reservation. Payment via Zelle will not guarantee that reservations are held. The reservation will be automatically canceled without payment 2 days prior. We advise making the payment necessary to proceed with the booking.
Booking Confirmation and Pickup Time
A confirmation e-mail with a confirmed pick-up time will be mailed to you via email/ SMS the night before your scheduled tour. We estimate the actual start times to be on a website, although your confirmation e-mail will show accurate times for your pick-ups and all others, so please open it. We also recommend that you view your confirmation in your regular email inbox. Sometimes, confirmation can end up in spam or junk mail.
Important Information About Tour Time and Pick-Up Time
It is important to note that the tour time and pick-up time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pick-up times for each tour, which may vary depending on the tour you booked and where you’re staying. Please check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to ensure they are correct when booking. We will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the pickup time. We will provide all the necessary information to help you plan your day and arrive on time at the designated pickup location. In addition, it would be helpful if you read the description of all our tours before creating a booking. This will help you ensure that the tour you have booked meets your expectations and that you can fully enjoy your experience with us.
Important Notice
You have a 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. Once this time has elapsed, we will have no alternative but to leave without you on board. The tour time is not the pick-up time, so note it down in the booking confirmation; because of the weather, all the outdoor activities we schedule will be sent off a little earlier than scheduled. I hope you are well; your wonderful company, which provides tremendous service, has always put all effort and time into getting our experience a high grade with a big smile. However, sometimes, it may be outside of our control due to adverse weather conditions, traffic, or other natural disasters that might affect our operations. Under such uncertain situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We understand that unscheduled delays or schedule changes can be quite frustrating, but we assure you that your safety and satisfaction are still our top priorities. If bad weather or heavy traffic could delay us, we’ll let you know beforehand. Conversely, suppose there is a necessity to reschedule or change our tour plans for any reason, such as bad weather. In that case, we will notify you and offer alternative tour options.
Cancellation Policy
At least ninety-six (96) hours prior shall not incur cancellation fees. If it is canceled more than seventy-two (72) hours but less than ninety-six (96) hours before the scheduled time of the tour, there is a fifty percent (50%) penalty. For cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours or on the day of the tour, there will be a one hundred percent (100%) penalty. Any cancellation made should be received in writing by the Company for refund eligibility, according to the periods set above by Unique Tours Jamaica.
