After this 6-hour timeframe, the driver is required to drop you back at the hotel. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to find your transportation back.
PLEASE NOTE:
Each ticket only grants access to one club. The ticket includes entry and transportation, and entry prices are subject to change without notice. Tickets do not include sections, tables, alcohol, or food.
Once you have purchased a Nightlife ticket, our drivers will take you to the club and ensure you get in safely. The Nightlife Experience ends at 2:30 AM for all bookings. If you wish to stay out later, you will need to pay an additional fee or arrange your own transportation back.
Pickup
Pickup for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some Villas and Airbnbs. You will receive your pickup time via email or telephone after completing your booking.

A booking confirmation will be sent via email 24 hours before your tour date. You may receive a confirmation email sooner, depending on the booking volume.
Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings or reservations must be paid 2 days in advance for confirmation. Reservations made via Zelle will only be held with payment. If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. Please make the necessary payment to proceed with your booking.
Confirmation about Booking and Pickup Time
A confirmation email with a confirmed pickup time will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your tour. Please note that the time on the website is an estimate of when the tours start.
Your confirmation email will show the correct time for all pickups. Please ensure you read your confirmation email and check your junk mail or direct mail section if you cannot find the email in your regular inbox.
Important Info about Tour Time and Pickup Time
Tour time and pickup time for our tours may differ. We have specific pickup times for each tour, which may vary depending on the tour booked and your location. Please check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb details when booking to ensure they are correct.
To ensure you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
Additionally, please read the description of all tours before booking to ensure the tour meets your expectations and you can fully enjoy your experience with us.
Important Notice:
You have a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. Once this time expires, we will have no choice but to depart without you. Your tour time and pickup time are unique; please note the time on your booking confirmation. We are starting all outdoor activities earlier than usual due to weather conditions.

If bad weather or severe traffic conditions are likely to affect our punctuality, we will notify you in advance. Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or adjust our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellations made 96 hours or more in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will incur a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the same day as the scheduled tour will incur a 100% penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
