Booking and Reservation Policy
Payment via Zelle:
- Reservations have to be paid two days before confirmation.
- Unpaid reservations will automatically be cancelled.
- Pay in good time to confirm your reservation.
Confirmation Details
A confirmation email containing the precise pick-up time will be dispatched 24 hours before your tour. Confirm all details and booking information in your email. Check your spam or junk folder if it isn’t found in your general inbox.
Tour and Pick-Up Times
- The tour commencement time and pick-up time could be different.
- The pick-up times will be updated for your confirmation email.

Grace period
The guests are given a grace period of 5 minutes following the pick-up time. If more than this, the tour bus leaves. Respect the pick-up times stated in your confirmation email.
Weather and Delays
If the weather is poor or there are unexpected delays, alternatives will be offered. Your safety and satisfaction are key.
Cancellation Policy
- 96+ hours before the tour date: No penalty.
- Between 72-96 hours before the tour date: 50% penalty.
- Same day or within 48 hours of the tour date: 100% penalty.
- All cancellations must be in writing, and Unique Tours Jamaica will respond to refunds within the given time frame.
