To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
Additionally, please read the description of all tours before you create a booking. This will help you to ensure that the tour you have selected meets your expectations and that you will be able to fully enjoy your experience with us.

Important Notice:

You have a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. Once this time has expired, we have no choice but to depart without you on board. Your tour time and pickup time are unique; please take note of the time on your booking confirmation. We are sending out all outside activities earlier than typical due to the weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made at least ninety-six hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made less than ninety-six hours but more than seventy-two hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty percent penalty.
Any cancellation made within forty-eight hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a one hundred percent penalty.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
