As you aventure into this breathtaking realm, you will find yourself surrounded by towering trees, resplendent flora, and melodic sounds of flowing water.

Age Limitations:
To operate ATVs or Dune Buggies, drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Passengers in Dune Buggies must be 12 years or older.

We provide pick-up services from most major hotels in the Montego Bay area, as well as select villas and Airbnb properties. You’ll receive your designated pick-up time after completing your booking

Exclusive Tours Jamaica Ocean Outpost is an adventure natural park; some activities take place at visitors’ leisure (please refer to nature adventure activity departure times).
Some activities are not guided, e.g. Bird Aviary.
Water tours are dependent on ocean conditions and will sometimes be cancelled due to such a condition.
Food and drink services are available for purchase.
Lockers and aqua shoes can be obtained.
The park gets busy at certain times of the year.
Souvenirs & photos available for sale
You will receive an email 24 hours before your actual tour date with a booking confirmation. Sometimes, the confirmation email comes much earlier than this, depending on the number of bookings.
Booking and Reservation Policy via Zelle
All bookings or reservations must be paid for 2 days to confirm your tours. No reservation via Zelle will be held without payment. Your reservation will automatically be cancelled if not paid 2 days in advance. We recommend you pay the amount so your booking will continue.
Confirmation regarding Booking and Pick-up Time
You will receive a confirmation email with a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME time the day before your tour via EMAIL/SMS. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start.
Your confirmation e-mail will list the correct pickup time for any pick-ups scheduled. Please carefully read your confirmation e-mail. Should you not locate your confirmation in your regular email inbox, be sure also to check your spam or junk e-mail section.
Important Info about Tour Time and Pick-up Time
Please note that our tour time is different from the pickup time. Each tour has specific pickup times and may vary according to the type of tour you have booked and where you’re staying. Once you make your booking, ensure you check on the date, email address, and hotel or Airbnb to confirm they are correct.
To confirm with you how early you should be picked up, we’ll send the mail to you a day before the tour. Thus, you will get a rmation on when the tour will be picked up. That way, you can plan your day and reach the pick-up location well in advance.
We also want to remind you to read the description of all tours before you create a booking. This will help you ensure that your selected tour meets your expectations and that you can fully enjoy your experience with us.
Important Notice
You will get a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. After this, we cannot delay further as we will have to leave without you. The time of the tour and time of pickup are different; make sure to refer to your confirmation regarding time. We send all outdoor activities an hour or two hours early because of weather conditions.

We would be grateful if you could bear with us during these uncertain circumstances. We know that sometimes, it is frustrating when delays or schedule changes are not anticipated. Please rest assured that your safety and satisfaction remain our topmost priorities.
We will inform you in advance if there’s any possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that may impede our punctuality. Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour due to unfavourable weather conditions or change our plans, we will promptly notify you and give other alternatives.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty per cent (50%) penalty.
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours or on the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund.
