The ride would include scenic views of mountains, riding past rivers and streams, a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, an exhilarating bareback ride in the warm Caribbean Sea on your swimming horse, and a horse riding adventure through the backcountry of Jamaica.

Your adventure starts with an exciting horseback ride through Jamaica’s backcountry. You will ride through farmland, see the remains of an 18th-century sugar plantation, and hear stories about Jamaica’s rich history. Then, you’ll experience the real ‘horsepower’ as you ride bareback into the Caribbean Sea on your swimming horse. No experience is required. Our gentle horses and attentive guides will keep you comfortable and safe during this amazing adventure.

Booking and Reservation Policy via Zelle

All bookings or reservations must be made 2 days before confirming tours. No reservation through Zelle is held without a payment. A reservation that isn’t paid within 2 days will automatically cancel. We recommend making the required payment to move forward with your booking.

You will receive an e-mail with a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME the day before your tour. Please note that the website only gives a best estimate of when the tours will depart. Your confirmation email indicates all your pick-up times are at the correct time. Please take a few moments to read your confirmation email. Check your spam or junk mail if you have trouble locating it in your regular inbox.

Important Information Regarding Tour Time and Pick-up Time

We’d like to take this opportunity to inform you that the time our tours will take place differs from the pickup time. Every tour has specific pickup times, which may differ from one tour to another and may also vary with your place of stay.

When booking, double-check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to ensure everything is correct. We send a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.

Additionally, please read the description of all tours before booking to know whether the tour selected will suit your expectations fully and allow you to experience with us.

Important Notice

You will be given a 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. If you miss this time, we will leave without you. Your tour and pick-up times are different, so please monitor the time according to your booking confirmation.

Due to the weather, we send all outdoor activities much earlier than usual. Your patience and understanding during delays or schedule changes caused by weather, traffic, or natural disasters are appreciated. Your safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours in advance shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours will incur a fifty per cent (50%) penalty.
Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day will incur a one hundred per cent (100%) penalty.
