Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings must be paid 2 days in advance to confirm your tours. Reservations made via Zelle will only be held with payment. If payment is not made 2 days in advance, your reservation will be automatically canceled. We recommend making the necessary payment promptly to proceed with your booking.
Confirmation About Booking and Pickup Time
A confirmation email containing the CONFIRMED PICKUP TIME will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your tour. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start. Your confirmation email will show the correct time for all pickups. Be sure to check your confirmation email and look in your junk or direct mail section if you don’t see it in your regular inbox.
Important Info About Tour Time and Pickup Time:
- Tour time and pickup time for our tours are different. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on your booking and location. When booking, please ensure that the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb details are correct.
- A second confirmation email will be sent the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
- Please read the description of all tours before booking to ensure that the tour meets your expectations.
Important Notice:
You have a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. After this time, we must depart without you. We send out all outside activities earlier than typical due to weather conditions. Your tour and pickup times are unique; please take note of the time in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 96 hours in advance will not attract a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour will attract a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the same day as the scheduled tour will attract a 100% penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
