The Catamaran’s Maximum Capacity is 65 passengers.

Transportation for this exciting adventure can be arranged from many leading hotels in the Montego Bay area, along with selected Villas and Airbnbs. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be notified of your pick-up time through email or phone.

No cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 96 hours or more before the scheduled activity.

A 50% penalty applies for cancellations made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time.

Cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour incur a 100% penalty.

To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unique Tours Jamaica within the specified timeframes.

• A confirmation email will be dispatched 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, with the possibility of receiving it earlier depending on the booking volume.

  Booking and Reservation Procedure Using Zelle

  To secure your tour, all bookings or reservations must be paid two days in advance. Reservations made through Zelle require payment for confirmation; otherwise, they will be automatically canceled. Ensure timely payment to proceed with your booking.

  Confirmation Regarding Booking and Pick-up Timing

  You will receive a confirmation email or SMS a day prior to your tour, including the CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME. Please be aware that the website’s time is an estimate of when tours generally commence. Your confirmation email will provide the accurate pick-up time. Kindly review your confirmation email and check your spam or junk mail if it doesn’t appear in your regular inbox.
