A confirmation email will be dispatched 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, with the possibility of receiving it earlier depending on the booking volume.

Booking and Reservation Guidelines Through Zelle;

All reservations must be settled two days ahead of time to ensure the confirmation of your tours. Reservations conducted through Zelle will not be secured without payment. Failure to settle your reservation two days in advance will result in automatic cancellation. We advise making the required payment to proceed with your booking.

Acknowledgment Regarding Booking and Scheduled Pick-up Time;

You will receive a confirmation email, inclusive of your CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME, through EMAIL/SMS one day prior to your scheduled tour. It’s essential to be aware that the time mentioned on the website is an approximate start time for the tours.

Your confirmation email will accurately display the designated time for all pick-ups. We encourage you to thoroughly review the confirmation email. If you cannot locate it in your primary inbox, kindly inspect your spam or junk mail section.

• No cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 96 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
• A 50% penalty applies for cancellations made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour incur a 100% penalty.
• To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unique Tours Jamaica within the specified timeframes.
