Pickup for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some villas and Airbnbs. You will receive your pickup time via email or telephone after you’ve completed your booking.

A booking confirmation will be sent out via email 24 hours prior to your actual tour date. You might get a confirmation email sooner, depending on the volume of bookings.
Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings or reservations should be paid 2 days in advance for your tours to be confirmed. Reservations made via Zelle will only be held with payment. If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment to proceed with your booking.
Confirmation About Booking and Pickup Time
A confirmation email containing a CONFIRMED PICKUP TIME will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start.
Your confirmation email will show the correct time for all pickups. Please make sure to read your confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or direct mail section in case you are still looking for your confirmation email in your regular inbox.
Important Info About Tour Time and Pickup Time
- Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are different. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying. When you make a booking, please ensure that you check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to make sure they are correct.
- To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
- Additionally, please read the description of all tours before you create a booking. This will help you to ensure that the tour you have selected meets your expectations and that you will be able to enjoy your experience with us fully.
Important Notice:
- You have a 5-minute grace period after your pickup time to board the bus. Once this time has expired, we have no choice but to depart without you on board. Your tour time and pickup time are unique; please take note of the time for your booking confirmation. We are sending out all outside activities earlier than typical due to the weather conditions.

However, there are times when external factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, traffic, or natural disasters, may disrupt our operations.
- In such uncertain situations, we kindly request your patience and understanding. We know that unexpected delays or changes in schedule can be frustrating, but we assure you that your safety and enjoyment remain our top priorities.
- If there is a possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that could affect our punctuality, we will inform you in advance. Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or adjust our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellations made at least ninety-six hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made less than ninety-six hours but more than seventy-two hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty percent penalty.
- Any cancellation made within forty-eight hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a one hundred percent penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
