Cancellation Policy

96+ Hours Before: No cancellation fee.

72–96 Hours Before: 50% penalty.

Within 48 Hours: 100% penalty.

To obtain refunds, all cancellations must be received in writing by Unique Tours Jamaica within the designated time frames.

Booking and Reservations Policy

Bookings will be paid for 2 days in advance using Zelle to confirm the reservation.

A confirmation e-mail with pick-up time will be sent 24 hours prior to the tour.
