If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment in order to proceed with your booking.

Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time

A confirmation email with a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. The time on the website is an estimate of when the tours start.

It is going to include the right pick-up time. Your confirmation e-mail will therefore display the accurate time for each pick-up. Please be sure to read your confirmation e-mail. If you don’t find your confirmation e-mail in your usual inbox, kindly check your spam or junk mail section.

Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying.

When you make a booking, please ensure that you check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to make sure they are correct.

To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you to plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.

We also wish to remind you to read the description of all tours before creating a booking. This will enable you to be sure that the tour you have chosen meets your expectations and that you will be able to fully enjoy your experience with us.

Important Notice

You will get a grace period of 5 minutes once your pick-up time is crossed, after which we will not be able to wait for you on the bus.

Please note that tour time and pick-up time is not the same; kindly be watchful for the time of your booking confirmation. We are dispatching all the outdoor activities well before time, due to prevailing weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made at least ninety six (96) hours or more will not attract any cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made within ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled tour time will incur a fifty percent (50%) penalty.

Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will incur a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
